The Ask:
Bring Google Cloud’s largest in person event online. Create a 9 week online event showcasing the best Google Cloud technology. The platform houses live on demand content covering experimental demos, keynotes and learning sessions.
The platform has been built to scale internationally and is live in Japan, EMEA, APAC and LATAM serving up regional content.
Role:
-Lead Ux Designer for the Next OnAir site
-Lead UX on Google Demos & Experiments team
Ultimately became the ”Design Guy” if you need it done, we will get it done.
In addition to the UX work, I wore multiple hats to get several teams across the finish line. Cut & produced welcome videos, generated 60+ thumbnail designs for videos and demos, supported social team with sharable assets, partnered with agencies on development integration specs and quickly generated UX hot fixes for new business needs once shipped.
