The Ask:
Increase user engagement for Google events.
The Solve:
Project Morpheus is an interactive platform that brings together the interactivity of a demo, and the human connection of a session, all in real time.
We do this with light interaction patterns, which empowers the audience to solve along with the host, and focus on the areas that the group is most interested in. It provides the host with a way to hear from the audience during the session, and to gather those valuable insights.
Morpheus is a white label platform that can be utilized across all Google events to bring a best in class guest experience to every event.
We believe more human interaction + more user control = More engagement
Think of a DJ at a small venue, they feed off the audience and create a unique experience based off the real time feedback. Morpheus aims to create “had to be there” moments and ultimately open the door for engaging conversations for a the community to learn and grow as professionals.

Use cases.
To build a holistic tool that scales, we built 3 different views to support our user types. Audience, Admin and Presenter.
Interactive with Google like never before.
Audience View
The audience view is built to allow multiple channels of engagement. Allowing the audience to give real time feedback to the speaker and learn through exercises given to them by the presenter. Emojis, live chat, interactive exercises and group chats allow our audience to interact with Google Experts and partners like never before.
Admin/ Builder
A morpheus session is a combination of preparation and on the fly feedback. We built the back end of the tool to allow teams to assemble a compelling narrative with moments of interactivity. The tool allows the building of multiple Morpheus sessions for Google events and allows on the fly editing as the audience gives feedback. Our goal is easy, simple to use interface for our experts to build their best story.
Presenter View
